Who we are

This website is operated by Ultra 360, an adventure and running store based at 30 Louw Wepener, Bloemfontein, 9301, South Africa. By browsing or buying from www.ultra360.co.za, you agree to these terms.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we've confirmed it and dispatched the goods. If we can't fulfil an order — most often because an item sold in-store before the site caught up — we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Pricing and product information

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, sizing and stock levels accurate, but we don't warrant that everything on the site is error-free. Manufacturer colourways and specifications change between production runs, and screen colours vary. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.

Payment

Payment is processed through our secure payment providers. We don't store your card details. Orders are only dispatched once payment has cleared.

Advice and fitting

Any guidance we give on shoe selection, fit, gear or race nutrition is offered in good faith based on our experience, and is general in nature. It isn't medical, dietary or training advice. Consult a medical professional before making significant changes to your nutrition or training, particularly if you have an existing condition.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to interfere with the site or its security, and don't scrape, copy or republish our content, images or product photography without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Ultra 360 name, logo, site content, layout and original photography belong to us. Brand names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used with permission from our suppliers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ultra 360 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it, including missed races, travel costs or training disruption caused by delivery delays. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
