3. Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in South Africa. For orders outside South Africa, email gerhard@ultra360.co.za and we'll quote you.

Cost

Flat rate of R150 anywhere in South Africa, regardless of how much you order.

Dispatch

Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:30. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; anything later goes out the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery times

We ship with The Courier Guy, door to door, with tracking. Once your parcel is collected:

• Main centres (Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, East London, George): 1 to 3 business days
• Regional towns and outlying areas: 3 to 5 business days
• Remote and farm addresses: allow an additional 1 to 2 business days

These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Load shedding, weather, and the weeks around Black Friday and December put pressure on the whole network. If you're ordering for a specific race, order early and tell us the date — we'll flag it and do what we can.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a waybill number by email as soon as the courier collects. Track it at thecourierguy.co.za.

Delivery and signature

Deliveries happen during business hours and require someone to sign. Use an address where somebody will be available — a work address is often easier than home. The courier will attempt delivery, and if nobody's there they'll make contact to rearrange. Repeat failed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee charged by the courier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us or redirected because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the cost of re-shipping is for your account.

Damaged or missing parcels

Check your parcel when it arrives. If it's visibly damaged, note it with the driver before signing where you can. Email gerhard@ultra360.co.za within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents and we'll take it up with the courier and sort you out.

Collection from the store

You're welcome to collect from 30 Louw Wepener, Bloemfontein, during business hours. Choose the collection option at checkout if it's available, or email us and we'll set your order aside. Bring your order number.
